Exchange and return terms:

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted for all products offered in our store.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe after receipt.

Replacement and return mechanism:

  • The order will be reviewed and approved within 3 business days.

  • After approval, the delivery representative will reach the customer within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Exchange or return requests can be submitted via WhatsApp at the number shown on the shipping label, or through the Contact Us page.

Full recovery cases:

  • If the product received is completely different from the description shown on the product page

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or damage to the product

Please photograph the product and send the images along with the order number, city, and address to facilitate tracking.
